Collections and deliveries

1. Click + collect: available for collection weekdays between 10 & 3.
2. Local deliveries within 1 mile of the shop are £2.
3. Deliveries to everywhere else (in the UK) are £4.

1. When you place your order, please leave a note to let us know when you'd like to collect it (between 10 and 3 on a weekday) and we'll get back to you to confirm.
The website will ask for your delivery address even when you're collecting (sorry it won't let us change that!). Any refill containers can be returned to us in the wooden box outside the shop.

2. Local deliveries within a 1 mile radius of the shop*.
Your order will be delivered the same day when placed before midday.
Orders placed after midday will be delivered the next working day.
We only deliver on weekdays (not including bank holidays).

If you are just outside the radius we may be able to deliver on orders over £30.

Your refills will arrive in our containers that you decant at home. Once empty, the containers can either be returned to us via a wooden box outside the shop or left out when we deliver to you again. We don't have an infinite number of the bottles in our closed loop system so prompt returns are very much appreciated!

3. For all other UK addresses outside of the radius:
deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Larger refills cannot be sent by post, so please take notice of mentions of this in the product descriptions. Please note that the postal service may be a bit slower than usual so allow at least 3 days from dispatch.

If you're experiencing any issues with ordering via the website:
Please take note that some older browsers do not support the security standards required. Ensure you are updated to the latest web browser on your desktop or phone, all pop-up blockers are disabled and try emptying your cache and resetting cookies. If you aren't successful straight away, please try again as sometimes it can even just be a case of poor internet connection. Unfortunately we can't take any orders or payments over the phone.
